The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team of our Technology Consulting department is seeking to recruit a dynamic and high calibre professional to join us as an RPA Developer at the level of Developer, in our Nicosia Office.

Our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team focuses on creating tools that help businesses improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations. RPA uses software, commonly known as a ‘robot’, to capture and interpret existing IT applications to enable transaction processing, data manipulation and communication across multiple IT systems.

The Role

In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in:

• Evaluating client requests for business process automation using models to determine feasibility and technical requirements
• Participating in team design meetings, daily scrum meetings, and other development meetings
• Development, testing, deployment and roll-out of the Robots to production
• Working with team members to identify, mitigate and resolve project issues and risks
• Interacting with clients for requirement gathering and implementation
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members

In this role, the successful candidate is expected to act as an individual contributor, delivering high quality work with guidance from senior team members.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a reputable University in Computer Science or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development
• Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies
• Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written

• Experience and certifications with any RPA technology platform – UI Path preferred
• Experience in business requirements gathering
