CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well-known and respected providers of Telecommunication and other related services, we are seeking to recruit a Business Presales Team Leader to join their expanding team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant must possess a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the Telecommunications and/or Information Technology sector and have excellent understanding of Fixed and Mobile telecommunications networks.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Lead a group of presales engineers.
• Technical solutions to epic business customers
• Consult business sales team members on complex solutions
• Co-ordinate service delivery of complex solutions (internally and externally)
• Create and maintain a network of Local and International Business Partners
• Managing operational issues, identifying solution options, liaising with technical departments and key suppliers.
• Data managing of costs and all key activities to meet agreed deadlines and ensure timely tender bid submissions.

Key Skills/Experience:
 

• Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering Degree preferably with specialization in Telecommunications.
• 3+ years’ experience in IT/Telecommunications field, Managerial experience would be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of Fixed and Mobile telecommunications networks and of current Fixed Telecommunication solutions for Business Customers in the Cyprus market will be considered as an advantage.
• Ability to design new telecommunication solutions based on customer requirements.
• Business understanding and changing business context.
• Very good Communication/Presentation Skills.
• Fluent in both Greek and English languages.
