Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, a Forex Organisation in Limassol, is looking to recruit an IT Help Desk Technician;

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring Computer Systems
• CRM Management
• Provide techical training to the users
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Logging customer/employee queries
• Maintenance of all computer devices in the Cyprus office
• Solving service problems
• Constantly updates of system information & changes
• Network infrastructure installation and management
• Install and manage the security system; facility access, permissions, cameras etc
• Dealing with external IT Providers and Purchase management

Qualifications:

• Education in Information Technologies
• At least 3 - 4 years od experience in the same or similar position
• PC Problems, network layout understanding
• CCNA, knowledge in VoIP would be an advantage
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Experience in a call center environment would be a plus
