The Role

The HR Team aims to provide responsive, flexible, high quality, customer-focused services to our internal clients, i.e., our colleagues. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of HR activities, including but not limited to:

  • Support the talent acquisition process (prepare adverts, review and assess CVs; arrange interviews; liaise with candidates, participate in the interviewing process)
  • Participate in the on-boarding process of new hires
  • Assist with the Firm’s summer internship/placement programs
  • Create and update employee records
  • Maintain accurate internal HR databases
  • Perform tasks related to the Learning and Development processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics
  • Help organize and attend career and other HR-related events
  • Contribute to the wider projects and initiatives within the HR Team, as required

 

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to act as an individual contributor, delivering high quality work with guidance from senior team members. Our ideal candidate is passionate about internal client delivery and can juggle various tasks in a timely manner.

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Design or any other related field
  • At least two years of professional experience in a similar role (experience in a professional services Firm will be considered as an advantage)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
