Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Corporate Services Provider based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator;
Responsibilities:
- Registration of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions
- Working with Registrars, in Cyprus and abroad
- To be able to draft letters and internal documents, which should be sent to the local Authorities
- Liaising with local and foreign banks for opening, operating and closing of bank accounts
Qualifications:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Corporate department
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English
- Good knowledge of Cyprus Registrar of Companies forms and procedures
- Knowledge of opening bank accounts
- Computer literate
- Able to work in a team environment and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strictly professional and hard working
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 18.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 15.00pm
