On behalf of a client, a group of companies operating in the retail FMCG sector, we seek to recruit enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals for the positions of E-Commerce Sales Officers. The individuals will be working at the group’s premises in Limassol and Larnaca.

Key Responsibilities

• Have responsibility for the growth of the online sales of an array of FMCG products. 
• Manage the online sales platforms of the group towards improvement.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring that client expectations are met, problems resolved, queries answered, and challenges overcome.
• Submit suggestions to management for enhancing the brands’ online sales’ strategy, as well as improving customers’ user interfaces and overall digital experience.
• Monitor key metrics and prepare relevant reports and decision-making framework for management.
• Closely cooperate with other departments so as to provide a fast, seamless and practical online sales experience to clients.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology / Programming or related field will be considered an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-Commerce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Commercial awareness, with knowledge of the FMCG sector.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
