On behalf of a client, a group of companies operating in the Retail & Horeca Food sectors, we seek to recruit enthusiastic, highly motivated and hard-working individuals for the position of Junior IT Officers. The individuals will be working at the group’s offices in Larnaca and/or Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the IT Manager to:

• Provide support in the implementation of a business management software (SAP Business 1) to the companies of the group, including design, validation, testing and deployment. 
• Provide support in the implementation, support and maintenance of the IT and Network infrastructures.
• Provide support in system backups, upgrades and checks.
• Comply with information security and data protection directions and guidelines.
• Provide support to users in a timely and effective manner.
• Submit suggestions for relevant improvements to more senior team members.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Professional Certificates (e.g. Cisco and Microsoft) will be considered an advantage.
• SQL/MySQL Administration, Networks Technologies, SAP will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Maintaining a positive and friendly approach.
