Job Description:

The successful candidate must be able to:

• Act as first point IT contact for the team members and the business
• Resolve requests & incidents dealing with UPS units, desktop PC’s, laptops, printers, networks, smartphones (hardware and software based)
• Maintain inventory of Customer reports and maintenance service reports
• Handle workload such as installing batteries, UPS systems. Physical Demands: while performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands and fingers. The employee must regularly lift and or move heavy workloads.
• Act as a troubleshooter with faulty UPS units/ motherboards/ digital displays

Qualifications:

• Graduate- University Degree in Electrical Engineering, or background / Information Systems,  or related field
• Necessary Technical Knowledge in Electrical or electronics. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Good Knowledge of English language both oral and written
• Problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure
• Able to use own initiative, prioritize and work independently
• Strong communication skills, pleasant personality
• Driving License
• Clear Criminal Record
