Qualification Requirements:

-Basic knowledge in Information Technology including Computers and Networks

-University Degree in Computer Engineering or related field will be considered as an advantage

-Experience on Windows Server, Windows 10 and Active Directory products will be considered as an advantage

-Problem solving skills

-Strong communication skills

-Advanced English proficiency is required

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide first and second level support both remotely and on-site

-Install, configure, support Windows OS and required software.

-Setup PC's, Laptops, and Servers

-Monitor client systems
