About the 3CX team
3CX’s Customer Service team is in charge of ensuring that our 250,000 customers and 25,000 partners around the world experience the highest possible level of service in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Job:

  • Ensure the highest possible level of customer service
  • Dealing with inbound calls, customer and partner inquiries
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Filtering leads and assigning them to 3CX Partners
  • Ensuring that customers renew their 3CX subscriptions
  • Referring new high potential partners
  • General administrative tasks

About the Applicant:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Any other language skills will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Resourceful and able to quickly find and locate policies and procedures to deliver correct information
  • Collaborates by sharing best practices with peers and team
  • Helping attitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience and knowledge of the Telecom/VoIP/IT industries will be considered an advantage
