 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting sales department and with variety of system/CRM tasks;
• Being responsible for new projects of the company;
• Handling internal tickets of the company;
• Following up on service productivity reports.

 Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar position is not required, however it will be considered as an advantage;
• Pro-active with strong organization skills, multitasking;
• Strong command of written and spoken English is essential;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure;
• Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team;
• Public holidays and Saturdays are on rotation;
• Flexibility and adaptability.
