CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and fast-growing Property Developer with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Russian-Speaking Graphic Designer to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant should be highly creative and fluent in both Russian and English. This position would ideally suit a Recent Graduate who is willing to learn and develop their graphic design skills.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Creating & producing targeted, timely, and relevant designs across all aspects of company branding.
• Ensuring all artwork meets the needs and requirements of branding guidelines.
• Owning designs from initial concept creation to final sign-off.
• Designing for a wide variety of mediums including Banners, Backgrounds, Social Media advertisement, Merchandise, Promotional Campaigns, Brand Identity, Illustrations.
• Ensure a clean, consistent and professional brand perception across all marketing material.
• Design banners for apps, newsletters, landing pages, websites.
• Help support marketing solutions with campaign driven ideas and solutions.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• Relevant qualification in Graphic Designer or similar.
• Must have design experience, working with online and offline material.
• Fluenc in both English and Russian is a must.
• Experience of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver).
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks efficiently, work to tight deadlines and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail.
• Creative mindset – always looking into new design trends and updates.
