Are you interested in working for a fast-growing company? We have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting out his/her HR career or someone looking to take the next step up in HR. This is a new role due to growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day to day operation of the HR functions and duties
- Compiling and updating employee records
- Deal with employees request regarding HR issues, rules and regulation
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries
- Be part of the recruitment process, schedule interviews, employment contracts, onboarding
- Coordinate trainings including invitations and evaluations of training
- Preparing and amending HR documents and processes where necessary
- Administer and maintain all the records regarding employee benefits
- Prepare all necessary paperwork and update files and/or systems regarding maternity, paternity, sick leaves & HRDA forms
- Coordinate and/or participate in all company events and parties
- Participate in HR projects
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of one year relevant work experience
- Computer literacy
- Good knowledge of Cyprus labor law
- Both Greek and English languages are essential
- Ability to work in a high confidential environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Friendly, polite and enthusiastic
