We are expanding and growing!  Our IT Department is key to supporting our business grow and is right at the heart of this expansion. We are seeking to recruit a high calibre and motivated individual for the position of Business Application Analyst to join our dynamic IT Team.

What You Will Need to Do

• Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
• Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems
• Examine and evaluate current systems and identify system requirements
• Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems
• Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization
• Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected
• Train the system’s end users and write instruction manuals
• Provide support to end users on all systems

The Qualifications You will need to have

• BSc in Computer Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or any other related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Project Management experience
• Very good knowledge Greek and English language
• Very Good Communication Skills
• Knowledge of scripting languages
• Very Good Organizing Skills
• Very Good Analytical Skills
• Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
• Ability to work flexible schedule/hours
• Ability to travel
